Lockheed Martin Tests Carbon Nanotube-Based Memory Devices on NASA Shuttle Mission

A radiation-resistant version of NRAM(TM) carbon-nanotube-based memory, developed jointly by Lockheed Martin and Nantero, was tested on a recent Space Shuttle mission.
